3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipping)

my Health with Dr.dany is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

If an international package is refused by the customer due to customs fees, the shipping fees will not be refunded, and any return-to-sender fees will be deducted from the product refund.

5. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.

• We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has begun processing.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to reship the item.

• No refunds will be issued for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

6. Damages, Lost Packages, and Carrier Liability

my Health with Dr.dany is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. Once the package leaves our facility, accountability transfers to the shipping carrier.

• Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

• Lost Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, and your local post office. If it remains missing, contact the carrier to open an investigation.
